Job Description
You will actively engage with the sales team to resolve day-to-day hurdles related to products and processes. You will coordinate with various functions such as IT, Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to address queries promptly and provide adhoc support wherever necessary. Identifying product gaps, conducting research on product development, testing product and process viability, and communicating new product launches will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will involve ensuring adequate training interventions on systems and processes, monitoring progress, and reporting figures. You will drive employee contests and incentives to boost motivation and productivity levels. Additionally, you will promote the sale of supplementary products like insurance to enhance the portfolio and increase fee income. This includes designing and executing sales contests and marketing campaigns. You will identify training needs within the team and ensure that employees across regions are well-versed in products and processes. Furthermore, you will contribute to building the technology roadmap for the microfinance business. Providing adhoc marketing support by handling requests from teams and offering collaterals is also part of the role. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing products and systems, with prior experience in the same domain being a plus. Familiarity with the Br Net system is preferred. Key skills required for this role include a good understanding of technology and IT platforms (LOS/LMS), proficiency in query management and tracking, and effective communication. A Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline is necessary for this position.,
