Job Description
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of mutual fund products ideation, design, regulatory approvals, launch, and performance tracking. Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and investor behavior analysis to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities. Ensure alignment of products with investment philosophy, regulatory requirements, and investor suitability norms. Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve AUM targets across retail, HNI, institutional, and digital channels. Build and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners: banks, IFAs, national distributors, and digital platforms. Minimum of 10 years in mutual fund/asset management companies with demonstrated success in both product and sales roles. Deep understanding of mutual fund regulations (SEBI guidelines), investor risk profiling, and product suitability framework. Proven leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and distribution networks.,
