Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager with expertise in sourcing materials, finishes, and services for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, vendor management capabilities, and a solid understanding of timelines and budget constraints in project-based procurement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies specific to interior fit-out projects. Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for materials such as wood, laminates, lighting, hardware, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, modular furniture, etc. Review technical specifications and BOQs with the design and execution teams. Manage the purchase cycle from requirement identification to delivery at site. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market prices and availability of materials. Track and monitor vendor performance and maintain updated vendor databases. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material needs. Maintain stock levels by working with warehouse and logistics teams. Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and project budgets. Generate procurement reports and track cost savings achieved. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Civil, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement within the interior fit-out or construction industry. Strong knowledge of local market pricing, supplier networks, and industry trends. Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
