Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining equipment and upholding quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include investigating and reporting equipment problems, performing minor maintenance tasks, documenting equipment issues accurately, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and taking ownership of personal training and development. You will also be responsible for identifying safety-critical issues, manufacturing products according to SOPs, becoming competent in various production processes, selecting and dispensing materials, executing production activities with meticulous paperwork completion, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and upholding high safety standards. To excel in this role, you should ideally have previous experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or pharmaceutical production environment, an understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, strong attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs and safety regulations, basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to undertake training and continuous skill development. Please note that this position may require working in shifts and rotating schedules based on operational needs, exposure to chemicals, machinery, and controlled environments, and physical activity such as standing for extended periods and handling equipment.,
