Job Description

As a Senior Project Owner (SPO) at ARDEM Data Services in Lucknow, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects concurrently. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships with them and understanding their needs and expectations. Leading and managing a team of process associates will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team members to ensure the success of the projects. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members will be essential to ensure optimal resource utilization. Quality assurance will also be a critical part of your role. You will act as a quality checker by reviewing work output and ensuring that it meets established quality standards. Implementing quality control processes and continuously seeking ways to improve project quality will be part of your responsibilities. Analyzing existing data center production processes to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency will be required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive workflow development for client assignments related to data processing. Communication with clients in English will be necessary to thoroughly understand project requirements and deliverables. Keeping clients informed about project progress, milestones, and any challenges that may arise will be part of your client communication responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and team handling is required, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong client management skills, leadership experience, quality assurance expertise, and proficiency in analyzing and improving data center production processes are essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, knowledge of accounting principles and data processing, and skills in PMP and Six Sigma will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent role in the BPO / Call Centre industry, under the Project & Program Management department. The education qualifications include a B.Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization for UG and an MBA/PGDM in Finance for PG.,
