Job Description
The position entails the responsibility of accurately entering contracts into the system, managing pricing and amendments, and physically issuing contracts for Bunge Procurement. As an individual contributor, the role aims to establish an efficient and self-reliant Contract admin team. Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring daily compliance with all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Inputting purchase contracts and relevant amendments into the system. Issuing Master Service agreements aligned with Procurement & Legal requirements. Maintaining documentation as per Company policies and procedures. Facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding operational matters. Demonstrating the ability to work independently, efficiently, and deliver high-quality output under time constraints. Being adaptable to work across different time zones for collaboration with regional leads covering Bunge's various geographies. The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge and skills: Behavioral: Utilizing business, financial, and global acumen to identify potential business opportunities aligned with Bunge's strategic objectives. Enhancing Bunge's capabilities to attract, develop, and retain talent through strategic networking and partnerships. Articulating a compelling vision and strategic direction to motivate others, set high standards, and lead effectively through organizational changes. Technical: Demonstrating domain expertise in Procurement & Contract Admin Processes. Experience in handling non-commodity contract entry and issuance. Proficiency in DocuSign, CLM, SAP, and understanding of Legal processes related to contracting. Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Education & Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or contract management. Bachelor's degree in a legal field, contract management, or related area.,
