Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inquiries: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions about products, services, policies, or accounts.

  • Issue resolution: Investigate complaints, provide solutions, escalate complex problems as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Order processing: Assist with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling customer orders. Also manage returns, refunds, and billing concerns.

  • Technical support: Offer troubleshooting guidance for basic technical issues related to products or services.

  • Sales support: Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell relevant products when customer need aligns.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM or ticketing systems.

  • Policy adherence: Follow established company procedures, scripts, escalation paths, and quality standards.

  • Feedback loop: Collect and report customer insights to improve processes and product offerings.

  • Followup & relationship building: Reconnect with customers postinteraction to confirm satisfaction and build trust.
