We are seeking a seasoned Manager-Process Engineering for ADM Joinflex. The Manager Process Engineering is responsible for reviewing, optimizing, improving, and implementing various manufacturing processes for yield improvement and defectivity reduction, will oversee new part and process introduction and manage engineering change control processes to support operations. Company Website: https://www.admgroupindia.com/ Responsibilities Develop and implement process improvement strategies Lead and mentor a team of process engineers Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies Design and test new production processes Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations Coordinate with suppliers to optimize raw material usage Process Documentation Proto, Pre-Launch and Production PFD PFMEA and Control plan release. Conduct risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently Prepare and present progress reports to senior management Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles Qualifications B Tech / BE (Mechanical Engineering) with 12 years min experience in Exhaust parts Different Metal forming processes, Welding processes, Pipe Bending Process etc. Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies Proven track record of successful project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience with ERP systems and production planning software Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Familiarity with CAD and simulation software Prior experience in a core exhaust manufacturing environment Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) will be additional benefit. Proficiency in process design and optimization in exhaust parts. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience in leading and managing engineering teams Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and design Software.
