As a Process Developer - Collections, you will be responsible for making collection calls to customers, sending invoices through email/fax or mail as requested, reconciling orders, validating credits or debits, following up on customer/internal disputes, and collaborating across departments for resolutions. Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound calling to ensure effective collections. We are looking for individuals with a minimum qualification of being a Graduate, possessing strong communication skills both verbal and written, and exhibiting a high energy level. Additionally, good customer handling skills will be a preferred qualification for this role. This is a full-time position based in India-Hyderabad.
