Key Responsibilities: Process Coordinator (Females only) Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyzing existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Utilizing data and feedback to refine processes. Conducting process audits and making recommendations. Documenting processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordination and Communication: Acting as a liaison between different departments and stakeholders. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Resolving process issues and coordinating with teams to streamline workflows.
