Job Description
As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include mapping potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization in the identified locations. You will be expected to build rapport with local community leaders well before the start of the mobilization. Your role will involve creating awareness about the Anudip program and sensitizing the community to participate, aiming to reach as many needy individuals as possible. Additionally, you will address communities about the Anudip program and its benefits through various means of communication in order to motivate and encourage youth to avail the opportunity. You will also assist the center team in selecting needy youth (Anudip Students) and ensure that the center maintains an optimum batch strength. Moreover, you will provide support to the center team/Area Manager in organizing Alumni Guest events as required, following the necessary process. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring optimal batch strength in the assigned Anudip centers. The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate with a strategic vision to integrate how the big picture of the initiative comes together from definition through implementation. You should possess the ability to support large-scale company-wide projects that incorporate proactive and innovative solutions to address challenges and achieve organizational goals and objectives. Being able to create organizational alignment to the design and execution of initiative efforts is crucial. The desired profile includes analytical skills, excellent decision-making abilities, and problem-solving skills. You should be proactive, self-motivated, target-driven, intuitive, creative, and diligent. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and other desirable Indian languages is preferred. Previous experience in industries such as Education, IT, and Skill Development would be advantageous.,
