Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal Officer located in Gandhinagar Taluka. The Principal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial intermediation excluding insurance and pension funding. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, coordinating with senior partners globally, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Principal Officer will lead fundraising efforts, develop and implement investment strategies, and ensure the successful execution of client mandates. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in strategic financial planning and investment management Five years of minimum experience in any Investment company/AIF/Bank Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Experience in regional and global fundraising activities In-depth knowledge of financial markets, excluding insurance and pension funding Ability to work in a highly professional and dynamic environment Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus,
