Role: Principal Legal Advisor Location: Nasik/ Pune Experience Preferred: 7+ years of Core Experience Job Description: Advise clients on the entire range of Indian employment law, including: Employee lifecycle matters (recruitment, contracts, HR policies) Workforce restructuring, retrenchment, and employee separation Grievance redressal, disciplinary action, and compliance investigations Employment-related regulatory compliance (ID Act, S&E Acts, PoSH, etc.) Labour law due diligence Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, separation terms, non-compete clauses, and contractor arrangements Monitor and advise on evolving labor codes and regulatory reforms Provide internal training to client HR/legal teams on key employment law topics (e.g.,PoSH, whistleblower frameworks, diversity and inclusion) Mentor junior team members and support practice development initiatives Must Have Qualifications Law degree from an accredited law school 710 years of post-qualification experience in employment/labour law Prior experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal team with strong employment law exposure,
