Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Lead with over 10 years of experience in designing and developing Java applications. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Java technologies, including Java EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate. Proficiency in database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL is crucial. A successful track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java solutions is highly desirable. What You Will Do: - Design and develop RESTful Web Services. - Hands-on experience with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. - Develop web applications using the Spring Framework. - Develop microservices with Spring Boot. - Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies. - Utilize Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins & Git Lab, CICD Tools. - Advocate for and implement agile methodologies with a focus on Quality & Standards in development. - Architect, design, and implement complex software systems using relevant technologies like Java, Python, Node.js. What we need: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies. - Proficiency in building APIs using Spring Boot Framework, Spring DI, Spring AOP. - Experience in real-time messaging integration with Kafka or similar frameworks. - Proficient in at least one of the following databases: Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. - Previous experience in managing and leading high-performing software engineering teams.,
