Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create content through research across the broad themes of Creativity, Strategic Thinking & Communication.
- Have an original point of view while crafting content to enhance articles.
- Creating presentations & proposals that are required for projects.
- Creating event scripts based on the flow provided.
- Creation of fillers & energizers for audience engagement for Events & Workshops.
- Writing articles on topics related to Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Creativity using a blend of case studies & original points of view.
- Reaching out to connections and setting up meetings with various stake holders
Requirement:
- Graduate degree in any stream with a flair to work in fast paced start up.
- 0-21 years in HR L&D domain is preferred (open to freshers)
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- Self-motivator and intrapreneur spirit
- High degree of learning ability
