You will be working as a Principal Consultant in the Mobility Practice Area focusing on Automotive. Your main responsibilities will include striving to achieve defined revenue and cost goals, building proposals independently, and leading a team of analysts and associates to provide techno-commercial research & advisory services in the mobility and industrial machines domain. You will also be responsible for handling client communication and queries, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical mindset, and technical background to generate insights for clients. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Automotive, mechanical, Electronics, Computer science or related fields, along with a minimum of eight (8)+ years of experience in customer research or consulting engagements. You should have rich experience in managing research projects, stay updated with industry trends, and possess excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, and other relevant areas. Additionally, experience in team management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management are essential for this position. The job requires a proactive and self-organized individual who is detail-oriented and has a mature approach to handling responsibilities.
