As a Principal Consultant - Client Services at Argano, you will play a vital role in the consulting team by providing strategic technology consulting services to clients and within the organization. Your responsibilities include leading major strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships, and applying your extensive experience and knowledge to help clients improve their operations. Your expertise will primarily focus on assisting clients in growing revenue, increasing profitability, and making operational enhancements. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor to other team members indirectly. Your key responsibilities will encompass being a subject matter expert in specific consulting technology areas and collaborating with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. You will lead major client engagements, oversee project portfolios, and design, develop, and implement technology solutions tailored to meet client requirements. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Moreover, you will provide mentorship and guidance to other teams and consultants, fostering their professional growth and knowledge sharing. In your role, you will identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems and propose mitigation strategies. You will also be involved in evaluating and selecting technology vendors, products, and services that align best with the organization's needs. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be crucial, as you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients. It is essential to stay updated with the latest technological trends and innovations and assess their relevance to the organization. For this position, the minimum qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent. An MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD in technical accounting, management systems, or Business Administration is expected. Regarding experience, a minimum of 10 years of consulting or industry experience is necessary, along with at least 5 years of implementation experience or hands-on administration with Oracle EPM/BI solutions. Proficiency with various Oracle technologies including Planning Cloud, Financial Close and Consolidations Cloud, Data Management, Smart View, Narrative Reporting, Essbase 21c, and Account Reconciliation is preferred. Your background should demonstrate an extensive consulting experience with successful project deliveries, knowledge of relevant technologies and systems, and expertise in leading and managing projects effectively. Previous roles in consulting, network administration, system analysis, or project management will be beneficial. You should possess a solid grasp of various technologies to excel in this role.,
