As a Recruiter in the Banking and Financial Services Team at Indusion Consulting, you will play a crucial role in the Executive Search practice. Located in Mumbai (BKC), you will have the opportunity to work in sectors such as Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital, Consumer Finance, and Whole-sale Banking. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for individuals holding a post-graduate degree or MBA from a reputed business school. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with high energy, passion, and the ability to meet and exceed assigned targets. Your responsibilities will include understanding client mandates, conducting thorough profiling through research, headhunting, mapping, screening, and evaluation. You will be responsible for shortlisting and sourcing suitable candidates, engaging in strategic mapping, and conducting research for mid/senior-level positions. Additionally, you will manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across different organizational levels and locations. Furthermore, you will utilize your business development skills to generate new business and revenue. Your role will involve consulting with clients to assess their staffing needs, conducting interviews, and recruiting suitable candidates. Managing and updating databases will also be part of your duties.
