Principal Buyer Hyderabad, Telangana, India Full time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Principal Buyer to execute supplier sourcing, supplier management, inventory management, contract negotiation, purchase orders and support the Responsibilities: Support materials and equipment requirements and needs of the company. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations Build relationships within the company and equipment and materials suppliers. Supplier selection Management Procurement strategy development Cost management budgeting Risk management Manage the purchasing KPIs based on department needs. Run procurement function for the company and execute purchase orders. Manage purchasing contracts, supply agreements and import/export agreements. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs. Key skill required for the Principal Buyer Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Supplier relationship management Knowledge of procurement software and tools Understanding of market trends and economic factors Financial acumen for budget management Attention to detail for quality control and compliance Qualifications: MSc in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Experience in Battery materials purchase Experience in CAPEX equipment purchase Experience in PO Management and Orders execution Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships Understanding of accounting, finance, and legal contracts,
