Job Description
You will be responsible for the following as a Principal BIM Technician - Structures: - Bringing your extensive experience of working on numerous projects across various sectors to the table. - Demonstrating knowledge in both Structural and Architecture outlook disciplines. - Utilizing your expertise in working within a Revit environment, encompassing Steel, Concrete, Point cloud, Pre-cast, and Cast in situ working models. - Developing and modeling building elements using Structural drawings/PDFs or hand drafts in Revit software. - Showcasing your proficiency in 3D Reinforcement Revit structures modeling, specifications, and Bar bending schedules. - Exhibiting a strong working knowledge of Revit Structures with the latest versions, enabling you to independently utilize all standard functions without requiring support, and mentoring junior staff in its application. - Implementing Automation/Dynamo activities as necessary and feasible. - Establishing BIM models in accordance with project standards, and collaborating with Model Managers from the client's side. - Collaborating with a small team of resources to efficiently execute projects. - Supporting the CAD/BIM Manager in Estimation and Costing of CAD/BIM projects based on client inputs. - Adapting swiftly to work on various tools to prepare detail/design drawings for structures based on work priorities. - Demonstrating a good understanding of working with international offices and standards. - Possessing a solid knowledge of industry standards and international codes.
