Were looking for a dynamic and experienced School Director (Principal or Vice Principal) to lead our CBSE school near Guntur. This is an excellent opportunity for an education leader who is passionate about academic excellence, operational efficiency, and holistic student development. Key Responsibilities: Academic Leadership Drive high-quality academic and co-curricular learning. Conduct teacher training and classroom observation. Ensure excellence in labs, library, and learning resources. School Administration Manage staff recruitment, enrollment, and CBSE compliance. Supervise budgets, transport, and daily operations. Ensure safety, discipline, and policy adherence. Stakeholder Engagement Foster strong relationships with parents, teachers, and students. Represent the school with education authorities and external partners. Infrastructure Oversight Plan cost-effective upgrades and ensure maintenance of school facilities.
