Job Description
We are looking for Female Teachers for Primary classes preferably with Subject knowledge of Science and Maths. They will be responsible for presenting the primary curriculum to students, participating in parent education and conferences, record-keeping, and assessments. Major Duties and Responsibilities 1. Presenting consistent and individual group lessons to the students creatively using various art modalities and supporting each childs direction and success. 2. Meeting regularly with students to work with them in assessing their own success and facilitating an individual path of progress. 3. Working with students of varying abilities assigned to the classroom, including those with learning exceptionalities, as well as attending meetings to support children who require it. 4. Preparing the Waldorf classroom environment to meet the students needs and interests. Parent Education, Meetings, and Conferences 1. Assisting in the development of and participates in school functions, including open houses,orientation meetings, parent education, and school-wide activities. 2. Preparing documents and reports necessary to facilitate parent teacher conferences or other meetings requested by parents or school administration. Requirements Female Candidate only Passionate about working with children and keen to help them by giving the right environment . Interested in consistent personal growth and being a good human by reflecting upon their own thoughts, feelings , emotions. Self motivated for learning new skills required for the job. Creative Have at least 6 months experience of working with children. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English Having the ability to research and create own lesson plans. Have an open mind to learn and unlearn. A commitment of minimum two years is non-negotiable. The school offers compensation commensurate with experience and qualification.
