As a Pre Primary Coordinator, you will report to the Principal of the Institution and play a crucial role in developing curriculums for both public and private learning institutions. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and efficient learning environment by enforcing institutional policies and regulations. Your duties will include handling student issues, evaluating transfer credits, calculating GPA, managing daily tasks, and performing general office duties. Additionally, you will participate in creating teaching materials and programs that align with educational standards. You will oversee the teaching staff, monitor their progress, and provide recommendations for improvement. Guiding students on academic goals, maintaining student records, developing training modules, and managing orientation for new faculties are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in education or a relevant field, along with at least two years of teaching experience. Knowledge of current student curriculum, state standards for secondary school education, and experience in administration and supervision are essential qualifications. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring candidates to work in person.
