As a Pricing and Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in developing pricing models, managing operational costs, and supporting strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Manager within the Supply Chain function, you will drive value through data-driven pricing strategies and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and validate pricing models based on various cost inputs including raw materials, processing, packaging, and margin expectations. - Implement a value-based pricing approach to align with long-term business objectives. - Monitor operational costs to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement. - Ensure pricing and cost control practices are in line with financial and strategic targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are effective. - Contribute insights and recommendations to strategic planning and business reviews. - Continuously assess and enhance pricing and cost control processes. Qualifications, Skills And Core Competencies: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or related field. - Proven experience in pricing, cost control, or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain setting. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to lead through influence and collaborate effectively. - Results-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and making informed decisions under pressure.
