Job Title: Pricing Analyst (Remote - Chennai Based) Location: 100% Remote initially; On-site in Chennai once office opens Work Hours: Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours Reports To: Sales Vice President (direct) Summary As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing models and strategies that drive revenue growth and optimize profitability. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you will leverage data and market insights to create flexible pricing strategies that align with our go-to-market approach. This role requires someone comfortable in a startup environment, with a strong sense of ownership, agility, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for products and services across various markets. Analyze customer, market, and competitor data to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing with overall business strategy. Build and maintain financial models to assess pricing impact and forecast revenue. Support contract negotiations by providing pricing guidance and margin analysis. Monitor pricing performance and suggest optimizations to improve profitability. Prepare and deliver pricing presentations to senior leadership. Contribute to go-to-market planning, including packaging and value proposition development. Stay informed of industry trends and economic factors affecting pricing. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 3+ years of relevant experience in pricing, strategy, or financial analysis. Prior experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chennai, India. Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours.
