Job Description

As a Price set up & Revenue Integrity specialist at Albea, your main responsibility is to ensure the Pricing to Invoicing Process is accurate and aligned with the contractual terms. You will be tasked with guaranteeing that Invoice Prices, including value and validity date, adhere to the negotiated contract terms and are adjusted based on contractual clauses such as Raw Material & Exchange rate indexation, Waves, and Concession to prevent any margin leakage. Albea is a global leader in beauty, personal care, oral care, pharmaceutical, and food packaging. The Product line you will be working with, Full Tubes Europe & North America, has an estimated value of around $800 million and operates across 12 Plants. Your key activities will include managing the Price list by modeling and calculating indexation clauses, loading prices into the IT database system, conducting price controls, and managing the Financial Price Tracker by centralizing price variances and turnover impacts. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure data quality, perform ad hoc analyses, and streamline the contract validation process to provide insightful information about the contract. Additionally, you will be expected to support the Sales Team with any ad hoc requests related to pricing, maintain reporting reliability in terms of content and timing, ensure rigor in process and data checks, adapt to new technologies, provide service-oriented support to the Sales team, and enforce Pricing Strategy & Best practices as a Gate Keeper. Your internal relationships and contacts will primarily involve the Sales Team, Customer Service Teams, and Finance controller. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service or Accounting, be oriented towards figures and data analysis, have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools, be agile with reporting systems like Power BI and SAP, and possess fluency in English. Job Specific Requirements for this role include being result-oriented and action-minded, service-oriented, rigorous with the capacity to control processes, analytical, an expert in Excel with strong IT knowledge, and adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders.,
