Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Specialist located in Pune. The Presales Specialist will be responsible for providing consultative support to the sales team, conducting customer needs analysis, developing and presenting solutions, and assisting in the creation of proposals and presentations. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets.
