Job Summary We are looking for a young and dynamic solution architect with 3-5 years of experience in a presales role specifically in the Cloud & Virtualization domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience or strong knowledge of OpenStack, Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS), Proxmox, and VMware to Cloud migration solutions.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Account Managers and Partners to manage the technical sales cycle (primarily presales solutioning activities) to convert new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Design and propose cloud architectures leveraging OpenStack, Bare Metal as a Service, Proxmox, and virtualization technologies tailored for complex multi-tenant environments. Engage proactively with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions and effectively highlight key differentiators. Support customers during initial product evaluations, proof of concepts (POCs), and testing phases to ensure successful implementation. Translate technical project requirements into business solutions to ensure alignment and success. Respond to RFIs and RFPs with clear communication of product differentiators and value propositions. Prepare and deliver compelling solution presentations and technical proposals. Lead or assist in technical validation activities, including POCs and demos. Build and nurture relationships with partners to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. Must-Have Skills Experience in implementing cloud and virtualization solutions within enterprise environments. Strong working knowledge of OpenStack and Bare Metal as a Service (BMaaS) platforms. Hands-on or theoretical understanding of Proxmox virtualization platform. Experience or knowledge of VMware to Cloud migration strategies and execution. Solid understanding of virtualization concepts, particularly around hypervisors like ESXi and KVM. Familiarity with container orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server and database security. Awareness of enterprise-grade storage, security, and compute solutions. Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and BoQs. Strong presentation skills and confidence interacting with technical and business stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment. Proven experience managing Proof of Concept (POC) activities for cloud-related customer engagements. Proactive ownership of projects and strategic initiatives. Commitment to standardization and simplification in technical solutions and processes. Qualification & Experience Relevant Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role within Cloud & Virtualization domains.
