Job Description
Role: Presales Executive Qualification: Any graduation Job Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls to a database of prospective customers, identifying their needs, qualifying them and creating a pipeline for the next steps in the sales process. Timely follow-ups with prospects to ensure each enquiry either moves ahead or is dropped from the sales process. Meeting and exceeding targets for site visits generated Keeping up to date with our offerings as well as competition. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM. Participating in events, conferences and project launches when required. Preferred Skills: A love for nature and creating a positive impact on the planet. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a tele sales environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent persuasion and soft skills. A passion for sales and a willingness to learn and improve. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and other relevant software.,
