Job Profile: Pre-Sales Engineer (Mechatronics/Electrical & Automation) Location: Thane Experience: 23 Years Work Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales and Customer Interaction: Study and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) to align with technical and customer requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-sales process. Send thank-you emails and corporate catalogues to customers promptly. Internal Coordination and Communication: Collaborate closely with Business Heads (BH) to discuss and strategize inquiry handling. Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and customers for seamless communication and follow-ups. Technical Understanding and Support: Review and understand technical drawings and specifications. Provide technical insights and ensure all requirements are met in the proposed solutions. Learn and demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ficep machines and technologies (refer to ficepgroup.com for details). Process Ownership: Proactively drive the sales process forward with timely responses and follow-ups. Maintain a systematic approach to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information. Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with the Business Head, customers, and OEMs to ensure alignment at every stage of the sales process. Qualifications: Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering. Experience: 2-3 years in technical pre-sales or sales roles. Skills and Attributes: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Strong technical understanding of automation, mechatronics, or electrical systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proactive and customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail. Ability to handle inquiries with a sense of urgency and professionalism.,
