Job Description :- Role : Pre Sales Consultant / Solution Architect (Cyber Security) : Location : Faridabad Experience : 6+ years Education : Bachelors / Masters Degree Roles & Responsibilities Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position our solutions Gather and assesses customer needs to identify pain points, both business and technical Articulate the business and technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective new customers Will be responsible for custom product demonstrations, technical discussions with customers (in person and online), workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions. Build relationships with Product & Program Management, Engineering, and other parts of the Sales organization to increase technical/ business expertise and provide customer-centric feedback Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of products/applications/solutions Plan and deliver Proof of Concepts and respond to RFI/RFPs Train sales team, customer sales team and end users on products and solution Collaborate with sales representatives to move opportunities forward, prepare and present proposals with defined business value Qualifications When a well-defined RFP is not part of the initial process, perform detailed requirements analysis to fully understand existing infrastructure and current and future needs, motivation and timelines Assist the Sales team with completing RFP / proposal documents Build Question / Answer bank to improve RFP process Attend meetings / conference calls with Sales team for prospective customers To be recognized as a technical expert in the Cyber Security portfolio area to which the job holder is aligned,
