Job Description

Presales Consultant 
Experience: 2-3 Years of working Experience in Presale
Salary: 4.80 - 6 LPA
Notice period: Immediate - 15 Days
Gender preference: Female Candidates Only
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka ( WFO )
Interview process: 1st round Virtual 2nd round face to face

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.
2. Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.
3. track the conversion rates of leads, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation
4. Collaborating with sales teams after fixing meeting
5.Helping the sales team to reach targets
6.conducting research into the industry – including competitor research
7. Ensure that the leads are properly nurtured and converted into sales & also collaborate on developing effective lead nurturing strategies to increase conversion rates.
8. Responsible for Sales & Sign up and growth of ‘The KariGhars’.
9. Meet new clients in the office and explain about the products and services and costing.
10. Responsible for complete end to end Pre sales solution.11. Advises clients on interior design factors, like space planning, layout as well as utilization of furnishings ,equipment, color schemes, and also color coordination and material selection
12. Client Satisfaction, follow ups, Handling escalations, Calls, Sales Cycle, Product Pitching, Closure.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture
