About the Role: As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment where children can thrive. Through creative lesson planning and interactive activities, you will inspire curiosity and encourage early childhood development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons using play-based learning methods. Develop creative lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of pre-schoolers. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Foster positive communication with parents to keep them informed about their childs progress. Collaborate with fellow educators to support smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background: Graduate with a certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or equivalent. Experience: 1-3 years (or more) of experience in preschool teaching or childcare. Freshers are welcome with a strong passion for teaching and learning. Soft Skills: Patience, creativity, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to connect with young learners through engaging methods.
