Job Description

As an Admission Counselor at a pre school, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day activities of the center with a strong emphasis on sales and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries from new and current parents, planning and executing outdoor marketing events, engaging with parents, making inbound/outbound calls, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be expected to meet sales targets, be open to change, and lead a team effectively. To excel in this role, you should have prior sales experience and be open to adapting to changes. You must possess excellent communication skills to establish good relationships with parents, children, and colleagues. Self-evaluation of learning needs and active pursuit of learning opportunities will be key to your success. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is required for this position. The work schedule may include day shifts, fixed shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts.
