Reporting to our Practice Director, you will play a vital part in developing and crafting compelling IT solution proposals for our clients. You will work closely with the sales team, technical experts, and clients to understand their needs and design customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze client requirements through meetings, calls, and research. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and document innovative IT solutions. Create clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations and proposals using MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency is mandatory). Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies. Assist the sales team in developing sales strategies and presentations. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and vendors throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers or experience between 0-2 years will be considered). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new solutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and time management skills.
