Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join Ripplehire as a Pre Sales solution consultant on a full-time permanent basis working remotely from anywhere in India. As a Pre Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to empathize with customer problems and propose suitable solutions. You will represent Ripplehire by delivering high-quality RFPs, Requirement sheets, and creating specific customer journeys to assist them in their buying process. Your role as a Presales Consultant will involve developing solutions, organizing, planning, and delivering proof of concept demonstrations to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the solutions align with client requirements and best practices as stated in the Statement of Work. Additionally, you will manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs and work closely with the Sales team to ensure successful closure of the sales process. To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in solution or consultative sales, specifically within presales for SaaS products. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills are essential, along with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders. Keeping abreast of market trends, product landscapes, and competitor analysis will also be part of your responsibilities.
