As the Studio Manager at Advanced Hair Studio, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement. Your main focus will be on revenue generation, team management, branding, marketing, and business development initiatives at the geographic level. Your role plays a pivotal part in the success of the studio by maintaining high company standards and providing the best possible client experience. Your key responsibilities will include resolving client-related issues, maximizing revenues to achieve monthly targets, collaborating with the Business Development team, recruiting and training team members, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be expected to motivate and mentor the team, conduct regular training sessions, and hold meetings to communicate company updates and goals effectively. Additionally, you will manage studio operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning, be responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of the studio, achieve customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service delivery, and maintain quality standards through regular inspections. It is essential to develop and maintain a motivational work environment within the department and ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and services offered.
