Job Description
You should have a thorough understanding of the Healthcare domain in the US, specifically Revenue Cycle Management. This includes exposure to working with Health Systems, Physician Groups, and Billing companies. It is essential to have knowledge of leading EMR/ EHR and billing systems. Additionally, you should be adept at Solutioning Pre-Sales in the Healthcare Provider business with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar profile. Previous experience working with Revenue Cycle Management BPO companies is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, or US shifts. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree and the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a total of 9 years of work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location is in person.,
