Job Description
Responsibilities : Pre Sales is about managing leads from various sources & generating potential customers to various projects. The candidate is responsible to lead a team of pre sales tele-calling associates to generate quality walk-in across various projects. Job also includes understanding the customers need & pitching the appropriate product as suitable to the customer. Strong sales acumen with a versatile attitude. Conducting & engaging in client site visits / meetings. Training & mentoring/ auditing team with regards to quality pitching. Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers to achieve the sales target. Desired Candidate Profile : Any Graduate Should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate preferably with Category A developers CTC : 7.5 Lacs - 10 Lacs for Pre - Sales Managers (Fixed + Variable),
