You will act as a liaison between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and new product releases. Reporting sales activities to superiors as per the scheduled reporting structure is also a key responsibility. Meeting set targets, expanding the customer base, and demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills are essential. Additionally, being proactive, available to address issues promptly, and offering creative solutions to complex problems are crucial aspects of the role. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Excel, be organized in maintaining MIS, hold a graduate degree, and have 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate, preferably with Category A developers. This position offers a CTC ranging from 5 Lacs to 6.5 Lacs for the Pre-Sales Executive role, inclusive of fixed and variable components.,
