Interview Process:- Initial interview will be taken through mobile and subsequent round will be thru SkyPe or Personal discussion for outstation candidates and Local candidate Face to Face.
Notice Period:- Immediate to 30 Days


Role and Responsibilities
Pre -sales executive in Study abroad industry has to provide advice and guidance to students who are interested in pursuing studies outside of their home country. They have to convert enquiries / Database into lead. Their prime work is to provideFirst level information to students and parents with an emphasis on international higher education institution and course options based on their academic qualifications and work experience, keeping in mind their budget, city and other preferences.

Responsibilities

  • Calling on the given leads
  • Identifying prospects
  • Explaining about the opportunities and courses
  • Update status ON CRM software
  • Fix Demo for the Tasa team to take over
  • Basic calling etiquette and professional in communication
  • Meet established service level metrics for call response, support and customer service
  • Research and update knowledge base for solutions that can be used to provide first call or contact resolution
  • Provide follow-up service to students and their parents / guardians to ensure that the service provided by Help Desk / Counselling team has addressed their needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Candidates should be open to work for 8 hours (Choice 1: 1pm – 9pm & Choice 2:12noon - 8pm Shift) from Monday to Saturday and if required on public holidays as per the need of hour for both inbound and outbound calling
  • Minimum 100 connected calls a day, ensuring students attend the Demo / Webinar. Minimum 10 students for each demo through one Telecaller

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • Strong Communication Skills (English, Hindi and Local languagemust)

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience relevant exp in any service sector, BPO experience will be considered as well.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking.
  • Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
  • Must have good listening skills
  • Good Computer Skills in MS Office and data entry.
