Job Description
As a Presales Executive focusing on VoIP, Dialer, and Asterisk technology, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing a solid understanding of core VoIP concepts, SIP protocols, and Asterisk-based dialers such as VICIdial and Dialshree. - Collaborating with senior team members to craft technical proposals, solution documentation, and engaging presentations. - Assisting in solution walkthroughs and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the offerings. - Working closely with internal teams to gather technical requirements and deliver comprehensive pre-sales support. - Building and maintaining a knowledge base of common client inquiries and effective solutions. - Utilizing CRM systems or internal tools to document and monitor activities accurately. - Conducting various product demonstrations, proof of concepts, testing, and training sessions for clients. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - A foundational grasp of VoIP concepts including SIP, RTP, and IP Telephony. - Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively articulate technical information. - A keen interest in open-source telephony platforms like Asterisk and FreePBX. - The capability to comprehend client needs and align them with relevant technical features. - Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as IP protocols and basic firewall concepts would be advantageous. - Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite will be beneficial in your day-to-day tasks.,
