Role & responsibilities Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of an Endpoint Security / Anti Virus Solution. POC/Demo of Anti-Virus to a customer remotely or onsite. Attend IT Service requests raised by Users via telephone, email or ticketing tools. Troubleshoot and attempt to resolve the IT service request. Installation and troubleshooting Microsoft OS Version and Microsoft Office Version and Authorized Desktop Application. Antivirus and Backup management. Knowledge & managing on DNS, DHCP, and Windows clustering. Knowledge & experience for the setup and maintenance of Windows Server Edition. Preferred candidate profile Experience - 1 - 4 years in IT Hardware and Software trouble shooting. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
