Job Description
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Take a a solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure Clients needs are accurately met. Liaison with Solution manager and Development team to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales team. Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Sales Teams stated requirements. Attend scheduled client meetings. If required, acts as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customers expectation and initial proposals. Present effective and professional presentations on i2k2 products and services. Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as i2k2 policies. Actively monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and industry associated meetings/events and Seminars. Provide feedback to Sales Head.,
