Overview : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and perform market research on available solutions. Analyses business processes, gather requirements. Create requirement documents. Assist in the preparation of business cases, proposals, and reports with accurate information and research on available solutions. Create and deliver engaging presentations for internal stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Prepare use cases based on market research. Analyze customer use cases and visualize the solution. Create process workflow models and solutions architecture models with guidance from leads. Requirements Qualifications & Skills : MBA Full time (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related field). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CRM business processes is a plus. Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good MS Office skills PowerPoint, Word, Excel Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
