Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Pre-sales along with the Sales team work together to provide full end-to-end technical guidance and solutions for our prospects and customers. As a Pre-sales Engineer, you will advise customer teams on Cloud technology including but not limited to migration, Data lake, AI/ML, security, and adoption of best practices to ensure that the customer recognizes the full value of the various cloud offerings. The position requires a strong communicator with technical skills who is also highly collaborative and motivated to drive customer success. As part of presales, you will work with the Delivery team from concept to deal closure, providing expertise for successfully deploying cloud solutions using modern digital technologies. Engaging communication and customer service skills: verbal, written, and listening/understanding. Work with the sales team to deliver revenue. The emphasis during key sales cycle phases of Qualification, Discovery, and Technical Proof Phase. Coordinate, throughout the sales cycle, pre-sales efforts with a post-sales service delivery team Business and technology delivery of various pre-sales activities including; planning/developing/delivering conceptual solution demonstrations and presentations, and providing solutions guidance to customers. Shape the solution that is right for the customer with the right technology, at the right price point, and with the appropriate risk profile. Develop compelling propositions for clients, including writing proposals and contracting those proposals with clients. Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, business, and technical requirements, as is and to be scenarios. Stay educated on new and emerging technologies/patterns/methodologies and market offerings that may be of interest to our clients. Technical Expertise Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role Hands-on experience AWS Cloud platform Should be proficient with the cloud solutions Wordsmith who can write the best proposals Knowhow on how to write RFPs and RFIs,
