As a Pre Sales Contact Center Representative at our company located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound and incoming calls. You will provide detailed information about available properties and amenities to clients, coordinate site visits, and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties. Your role will involve following up with prospective clients, staying informed about upcoming projects, and collaborating with the Sales team. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Previous experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role is preferred. A strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are also key requirements. A positive learning attitude, receptiveness to feedback, and self-motivation with a proactive sales approach will contribute to your success. The ideal candidate should possess skills such as patience, empathy, real estate market analysis, presentation, negotiation, lead generation, and effective communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience in presales, calling, telecalling, telesales, and mailing is advantageous. This position offers a competitive salary range of 4.5 to 8 LPA. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and require candidates to be flexible with rotational shift timings, including evenings and working 6 days a week. Travel may be necessary between cities for project knowledge.,
