Use creative and interactive teaching techniques to support the development of early literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a conducive learning atmosphere. Monitor and assess student behavior and provide guidance to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment. Assessment and Reporting: Observe and assess each childs progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and development. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their childs progress and needs. Child Development Support: Provide individualized support to address each childs developmental needs and learning styles. Encourage and model positive social interactions, emotional expression, and problem-solving skills. Support childrens physical development through activities that promote fine and gross motor skills. Collaboration and Professional Development: Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive educational approach. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Contribute to the development of school-wide initiatives and programs as needed. Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their childs progress and addressing any concerns.
