Job Title: Pre-Post Sale Manager

Logix Incorporation is excited to offer a full-time, work-from-home opportunity for the position of Pre-Post Sale Manager. We are looking for a confident, proactive individual to join our team and help drive our client acquisition and support efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management (Pre-Sales):
    Monitor recent and pending leads, ensure complete and date-wise remarks, and audit lead quality. Guide agents on proper follow-ups, especially for leads marked as Not Interested (NI).

  • Inbound Lead Allocation:
    Route fresh inbound queries to the appropriate sales agent without delays.

  • Email & WhatsApp Handling:
    Respond to all incoming emails and messages promptly using standard templates and professional communication.

  • Post-Sales Support:
    Coordinate timely delivery of invoices, study materials, exam credentials, and assist with portal/login issues or exam-related concerns.

  • Customer Engagement:
    Support customers via WhatsApp or email as requested by agents, based on service or project requirements.

  • Lead & Payment Record Maintenance:
    Maintain daily sheets for inbound and add-on leads. Log payments with full detailsamount, source, bank, agentand apply color coding for clarity (fresh, pending, addon).

  • Payment Processing:
    Accept payments only through active accounts. Share updated bank details when needed and notify respective agents. Send payment proofs and update CRM and sheets accordingly.

  • Live Monitoring:
    Ensure agents remain active on calls. Alert agents who stay in Not Ready status for over 2 minutes.

  • Daily Reporting:
    Share attendance and sales updates by 11 AM, and KPI reports at 2 PM, 5 PM, and 8 PM on team groups and reporting sheets, using proper formatting and color codes.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (preferred).

  • 310 years of experience in sales coordination or backend operations.

  • Strong communication, tracking, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in team support and escalation handling.
