Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist PPC (Meta & Google Ads) Experience: 3+ Years Location: Nipaniya , Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance marketing, data analytics, and driving measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing Create compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for creatives Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI Generate detailed performance reports and insights using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure alignment with business goals Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and platform updates Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and reporting skills Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus Preferred: Experience with eCommerce or lead generation funnels Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow) Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: PPC Campaign Management: 3 years (Required) Google Ads: 3 years (Required) Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person,
